The Herbs' Garden
Completely renovated, the rooftop of Lato Boutique Hotel is now called "Herbs’ Garden". The name has been inspired from the traditional Cretan herbs, planted with great care, bringing memories to locals with their scents and evoke visitors’ senses, while bringing to the fore the dishes that the Chef prepares for you!
Stylish, yet intimate and casual, Lato’s Herbs’ Garden offers a spectacular view to Heraklion’s Venetian fortress and Cretan Sea, making it the ideal place to relax from late morning until the sunset - and throughout the rest of the evening.
The Garden opens from early afternoon and invites you to taste fresh fish, seasonal salads and fine delicatessens accompanied by local aperitifs like ouzo & raki and a variety of fine wines. Later in the afternoon you may enjoy special coffee and tea arrangements, fresh fruit juices, great ice cream, summer cocktails and drinks. For dinner, you may experience exceptionally gustative creations, with the personal care of the chef.
